- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Appalling customer service! When I was getting a dress fitted, the lady who was helping me actually answered a personal phone call. She made comments about how I had lost weight, which were rude and unsettling. In order to get my dress fitted in time, I actually had to call up and threaten to go somewhere else! When I took the dress home and looked at it closely, I found that there were loose threads and the train hadnt been reattached properly. Overall, Im dissatisfied with Cupids Bridal and would recommend others to go somewhere else.By Zara, July 24, 2018
